If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. This Refund Policy has been created by Enovacab KL Venture Taxi Service.

  • You means the individual accessing or using enovacab taxi the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 2 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 1 days from the date on which You received the Booking Confirmation or on which a third party you have appointed.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation,You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days (maximum 30 days) from the day on which We receive your booking cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Booking cancellation:

We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us at least 2 days in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another customers.

Cancellations And Refund requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment Or No-shows without prior notification will incur 50% deduction from our product price that you booked/purchase
